The San Joaquin Net convenes each evening, Monday through
Saturday, at 1800 hours on or near 3918 KHz and during
emergencies as necessary.
Roll will be called by the merit system. Net will be opened for
late member or visitor check-ins at the conclusion of roll call.
Please do not transmit unless invited to do so by net control.
Order of Business
• Is there any emergency or priority traffic on frequency?
(If so handle immediately)
• Open channel for QST and bulletin listings.
(Handle immediately)
• Open channel for mobile stations.
(Call for relays. Handle their traffic immediately)
• Open channel for traffic listings, all areas, San Joaquin
Net.
• Open channel for necessary early check-ins, all areas.
(Call for relays)
• Roll Call (Use Roll Call sheet)
• Open channel for late or missed members.
• Open channel for visitors.
• Handle:
(1) Message form traffic,
(2) Contacts (limit 3 minutes if on frequency),
(3) Phone calls,
(4) Phone patches (off frequency or after net).
• Call for relays as required.
